Adding A New Geo To Your System

You have a new geographic area you want to add to your system. How do you get this done? No worries - we are here to help!

You have two options to send this request to us

Use the in-app chatbot

1. Click the Chatbot in the bottom right-hand corner of your system.
2. Select the Submit a Support Ticket option. 
3. Follow the prompts and tell us you would like to Request a New Geo. 
4. Make sure to provide the city(s) and state(s) you are wanting to add!

Send us an email

1. Send an email to support@balancedcomp.com.
2. Title your email “Request a New Geo.” 
3. Make sure to provide the city(s) and state(s) you are wanting to add!
