BalancedResults can store past performance reviews, completed prior to implementing our application.
There is no limit to how many historical plans you can attach. You can add these external, archived performance reviews' from the Employee Home Page.
Step 1
Click on Employees in the main nav.

Step 2
Find the employee on the page, and click on their name. This will take you to the employee's home page.
Step 3
In the subnav, click on Past Plans.
Step 4
Click the blue primary action button, which says Add Archived Review.

Step 5
Enter details about the past performance review you are adding:
- The start date, end date, and review date
- the score achieved
- a memo with any special details
Step 6
Click the Browse Files button to upload the performance review as an attachment.
Note
You can only attach one file here. The upload must be in a valid file format ( xls , xlsx , doc, pdf.. etc)
Step 7
When you are finished, click the Save Updates button on the left.

This plan will now be available within the employee's past plans section.
