How to add, edit, or remove Achievement Levels
You'll do this if you want to expand, reduce, or edit your rating options for all goals.
Navigate to the Achievement Level Form
- Click Settings in the main nav.
- Click the Achievement Level card.
- In the top right-hand corner, verify the Annual Cycle dropdown is showing the title of the Annual Cycle whose Achievement Levels you want to modify.
- Click the purple primary action button entitled ✏️ Edit at the top of the page.
Creating an Achievement Level
- Click the Add Achievement Level button on the left-hand side of the form. This will add a new achievement level to the bottom of your existing levels.
- Enter the contribution percentage you want to be associated with this level. This percentage will dictate how much of a goal's total possible payout the employee would receive if that level was selected.
- If this Achievement Level's contribution percentage is above 100%, consider marking it as a stretch goal.
Editing an Achievement Level
- The only field you can edit on an Achievement Level is the contribution percentage. This percentage will dictate how much of a goal's total possible payout the employee would receive if that level were selected.
- If this Achievement Level's contribution percentage is above 100%, consider marking it as a stretch goal.
Removing an Achievement Level
- You must remove Achievement Levels from the top down in order. So find the highest achievement level and click the trash can on the right-hand side.
