  1. Create an Annual Cycle
  2. Adjust the default Settings
  3. Build all 3 Goal Libraries
  4. Finalize goals and weights on Position Incentive Plans.
  5. View Employee Incentive Plans
    1. Mark eligible employees en masse
    2. Activate employee plans en masse
  6. Enter ratings throughout the year in the Goal Libraries
  7. View Reports
