When it's time to create a new plan for an employee, you may want to copy one of their existing plans, so that you can reuse its plan content.
You can do this from the Employee Home Page.
Step 1
Click on Employees in the main nav.
Step 2
Find the employee on the page, and click on their name. This will take you to the employee's home page.
If the plan has not been completed yet:
Step 1
Click on Current Plans in the subnav.
Step 2
Hover over the card representing the plan you'd like to copy.
Step 3
Click on the small, circular grey button (with an icon depicting 2 sheets of paper) that will appear to the right of the card.
If the plan has been completed:
Step 1
Click on Past Plans in the subnav.
Step 2
Find the row of the plan you'd like to copy and hover over the gear on the right.
Step 3
Click on the small, circular grey button (with an icon depicting 2 sheets of paper) that will appear.
You now have an editable, duplicate, draft plan underneath the employee's Current Plans section.
Note
This draft plan cannot be made active until all other currently active plans have been completed or deleted.
