Creating a plan

Step 1

Click on   Employees in the main nav.

Step 2

Find the employee on the page, and click on their name. This will take you to the employee's home page.

Step 3

Click the Create Performance Plan button at the top of the employee's home page.

Step 4

Step up the plan's specifics:

  1. Important Dates - fill out the plan's start date, end date, and final review date
  2. Section Weights - here you can adjust the section weights that the plan has inherited from its template
  3. Feedback Sessions - add dates that you would like to meet with your employee to discuss their progress on the plan, rather than ratings. You can choose to meet:
    • Once mid-year
    • Once quarterly
    • Once monthly
    • No feedback sessions - just meet annually

Step 5

Click Save Updates
