Step 1
Click on Employees in the main nav.

Step 2
Find the employee on the page, and click on their name. This will take you to the employee's home page.

Click the Create Performance Plan button at the top of the employee's home page.

Step 4
Step up the plan's specifics:
- Important Dates - fill out the plan's start date, end date, and final review date
- Section Weights - here you can adjust the section weights that the plan has inherited from its template
- Feedback Sessions - add dates that you would like to meet with your employee to discuss their progress on the plan, rather than ratings. You can choose to meet:
- Once mid-year
- Once quarterly
- Once monthly
- No feedback sessions - just meet annually

Click Save Updates
