How to Customize your Approval Requirements and Default Approvers
As a company administrator in BalancedResults, you can customize the number of supervisors you want, as well as a default approver for both the initial and final approval process.

Only company Administrators can access these settings.
- Making changes will affect some of your plans. Updates to Approval Requirements will affect any draft or active plan that has not started or received approval.
- In BalancedResults, click on Settings in the main nav.

- Click on the Approval Requirements card.

- Next, click on the Edit button.

- Here, you can define the approval requirements that control how performance plans move through each stage of the review cycle – from Draft to Active and from Active to Ready for Final Review.
You can set the number of required approvers and assign default approvers for both the beginning and end of the review period.
- When you are finished, click the Save button on the left.
