      Editing Merit Increase Matrices

      Merit increase matrices are a necessary evil to truly tie pay to performance and move employees through their range in a timely manner

      1. At the top of any page in the scenario, click the green "Actions" button.
      2. Select "Edit Merit Increase Matrix" from the dropdown menu:
      3. From the form, you can edit any of the values in the matrix.
      4. On the left-hand side, if you have other scenarios, you can copy their merit increase matrix!
      5. When you are done making changes, click "Save" in the top left-hand corner!
