As a company administrator, you can add department objectives for each of your company's departments, which are available for use in your templates and plans.
Step 1
Switch to admin mode by clicking Admin Mode in the bottom left-hand corner.

Click Libraries in the main nav.

Step 3
Click Department in the sub nav.

Step 4
In the drawer, click on the title of the department whose objectives you'd like to edit.

Step 5
Click the blue Edit Department Objectives button at the top of the page.

Step 6
From here you can add, edit, and delete department objectives.
Edits to department objectives are not inherited by plans and templates. This allows you to update your departmental goals here for an upcoming year, without altering department goals on existing, active plans.
