Grouped By

Depending on the report you're in, you'll see "Grouped By" in either the subnav or a drawer. This allows you to group the included employees by various attributes and analyze their various group averages.

Sort the columns

By clicking the top of a column, you can sort the report to suit your needs. You can even sort by multiple columns by holding shift as you click on each additional column.

If none of our reports meet your exact needs

If for some reason you still cannot get your report tailored exactly to your needs, you can always export it to an excel spreadsheet and sort/rearrange it to your preference.  You can do this by clicking the grey 'xls' button in the top right hand corner:

Gender and Minority Status reports

These newer reports currently always include all employees. They do, however, allow you to group those employees by several attributes:

If you want to evaluate gender or minority status averages for a particular group of employees, run a compa ratio report for that particular group and then "group by" gender.

Example: You want to a see minority status averages within the Branch Operations department.

  1. Run a compa ratio report by Department
  2. Select "Branch Operations" in the subnav
  3. Select "Minority Status" in the drawer
