Gender Importer Options

Import employee gender information to access powerful insights across your organization.

  • Only company admins can access BalancedComp.

We strongly recommend importing the gender of your employees so you can take advantage of the reports we provide. Here are your options:

  • Male: m, male, man
  • Female: f, female, woman
  • Non Binary: n, non-binary, non binary, non_binary, transgender
  • Blank: If you leave a cell blank, we will group employees together in the report who prefer not to be categorized

If your payroll system generates this information in a different format, please don't hesitate to contact our support team. We can update the options to accommodate your needs!
