BalancedResults company admins can create plans en masse by choosing plan content from the position template, the employee’s most recently completed plan, or the employee’s active plan.
- Company administrators, supervisors, and employees all have access to BalancedResults.
- Only company administrators can access "Admin Actions" on the All Employees page.
- Newly created plans always have the state of "Draft."
- Draft plans must be made Active in order for employees to be able to view them.
- We cover special considerations you should be familiar after the steps listed below.
- On the All Employees page, click the select all checkbox to select all of the employees on this page.
- Next, click on Admin Actions and choose Create Plans.
- A modal will appear that provides you with three options from which to create plans:
- Templates
- Employee’s most recently completed plan
- Employee’s current active plan
Select one option and click Next.
- On the next screen, you can adjust the Start Date, End Date, and Final Review Date for the Plans. Select Next to move on to the final step.
- On the next screen, you can choose from four options on how often you would like to meet with your employees.
If you choose to have Feedback Sessions with your employees, you have the ability to adjust the pre-populated dates. You are not required to adjust these to proceed. Click Create to continue.
Once you click Create, all of the employees you selected now have plans!
Special Considerations
Mass actions take time.
Large/en masse actions can take some time to load in your system. Depending on how many employees you selected, you may see the following message appear at the top of your screen:
Employees must have activated users before you can create a plan for them.
If you end up selecting any employees who haven't been activated, a message like the one below will appear. You will still be able to proceed with this mass action, but the unactivated employee that was selected will not have a plan created for them.
Employees must have the source you select in Step 3, or they'll be skipped.
- If you selected "Employee's most recently completed plan," we will skip any employees that do not have a completed plan.
- If you selected "Employee's current active plan," we will skip any employees that do not have an active plan.
