How to Customize Performance Review Section Titles
In BalancedResults, performance reviews have historically offered four sections: Core Competencies, Objectives, Special Projects, and Training Modules. You now have the option to edit the titles of those sections to suit your organization’s needs.
- Company administrators, Supervisors, and Employees can all access BalancedResults.
- Only Company administrators can access the "Section Titles Override" page and rename Performance Review section titles.
- Overridden titles can be reset to their defaults as desired.
- Changes will not affect plans that have been fully completed.
- In BalancedResults, click on Settings in the main nav. Then, select the System Configurations card.
- Select Section Title Overrides from the System Configurations subnav.
- On the Section Title Overrides page, click the Edit button.
- Find the performance review section(s) you would like to rename.
Then, type that name into the Overridden Title field and an accompanying abbreviation into the Overridden Abbreviation field.
* Overridden Abbreviations are used in column headers on various tables and reports.
- Once you have entered the overridden title and its corresponding overridden abbreviation, click Save.
- Ta-da! Your new section titles and section title abbreviations will now be in use throughout your system on all templates and all uncompleted plans.
* Changes made here will not affect plans that have been fully completed
