      How to Delete a Scenario

      If you've got some old scenarios lingering around, it might be time to delete a few. Read on to learn how deleting a Scenario only takes a few simple steps.

       

      • Only company administrators can access BalancedComp.
      • Deleted scenarios are not recoverable, even by our dev team.
      • If the scenario is contained within a budget, you'll have to edit that budget and remove the scenario so that it appears in the Available Scenarios section of the budget builder. 
      • If you want to preserve a scenario for future reference, but still get it out of your Available Scenarios, we recommend you add it to a budget, and then archive (not implement) that budget.

      1. Click on Budgets in the main nav.

      2. Select the Available Scenarios card.How to Delete a Scenario - 2
      3. Click on the gear icon to the far right of the scenario you wish to delete. From the menu that appears, click Delete.

      4. Follow the prompts in the modal that appears.

      5. You have successfully deleted your chosen Scenario!
