      How to Delete Core Competencies en masse from Employee Plans

      It is now easier than ever to delete Core Competencies from multiple or all of your Employees' Plans.

      1. Company administrators, Supervisors, and Employees can all access BalancedResults. However, only Administrators can delete Core Competencies en masse. 
      2. Deleting Core Competencies is an action that cannot be undone. 
      3. Core Competencies can only be deleted from Draft and Active Plans.

      1. In BalancedResults, click Plans, then click Core Competencies. 
        1. Delete CCs Plans
      2. Using the search feature, type the name of the Core Competency you want to delete. 2. Delete CCs Plans
        You can also scroll through each Employee Plan to locate the Core Competencies you wish to delete.
      3. Once you’ve located the Core Competency you want to delete, choose whether to remove it from individual Employee Plans by checking each box next to the competency, or from all shown plans by using the Select All checkbox at the top of the table. 
      4. Next, click the Admin Actions button at the top of your screen. From the drop-down menu that appears, select Delete Core Competencies. 5. Delete CCs Plans
      5. A modal titled “Delete Core Competencies” will appear. The orange disclaimer notes the number of Core Competencies you selected for deletion and the number of Draft or Active Plans that will be affected by those deletions. Note: Completed plans will be skipped. 

        Type delete forever to confirm you want to delete the Core Competencies you selected. Then, click Submit. 6. Delete CCs Plans
