However, only Administrators can delete Objectives en masse. - Deleting Objectives is an action that cannot be undone. - Objectives can only be deleted from Draft and Active Plans. - Looking for something else? In BalancedResults, click **Plans**, then click **Objectives**. ![1. Using the **search feature**, type the name of the Objective you want to delete. ![2. How to Delete OBJs](https://knowledge.balancedcomp.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/Delete%20OBJs%20from%20Plans/2.%20How%20to%20Delete%20OBJs.png?width=688&height=291&name=2.%20How%20to%20Delete%20OBJs.png) You can also scroll through each Employee Plan to locate the Objectives you wish to delete. 3. **Once you’ve located the Objective you want to delete,** choose whether to remove it from individual Employee Plans by checking each box next to the competency, or from all shown plans by using the **Select All** checkbox at the top of the table. 4. Next, click the **Admin Actions** button at the top of your screen. From the drop-down menu that appears, select **Delete Objectives**. ![4. A modal titled “Delete Objectives” will appear. The orange disclaimer notes the number of Objectives you selected for deletion and the number of Draft or Active Plans that will be affected by those deletions. **Note:** Completed plans will be skipped. 6. Type **delete forever** to confirm you want to delete the Objectives you selected. Then, click **Submit**. ![5.
