However, only Administrators can delete Special Projects en masse. - Deleting Special Projects is an action that cannot be undone. - Special Projects can only be deleted from Draft and Active Plans. - Looking for something else? In BalancedResults, click **Templates**, then click Special Projects. ![1. Using the **search feature**, type the name of the Special Project you want to delete. ![2. SPs deleting from Templates](https://knowledge.balancedcomp.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/Delete%20SPs%20from%20Templates/2.%20SPs%20deleting%20from%20Templates.png?width=688&height=293&name=2.%20SPs%20deleting%20from%20Templates.png) You can also scroll through each Template to locate the Special Projects you wish to delete. 3. **Once you’ve located the Special Project you want to delete**, you can remove it from specific Employee Plans by checking the box next to each instance, or delete it from all shown plans at once by using the **Select All** checkbox at the top of the table. 4. Next, click the **Admin Actions** button at the top of your screen. From the drop-down menu that appears, select **Delete Special Projects**. ![4. A modal titled “Delete Special Projects” will appear. The orange disclaimer notes the number of Special Projects you selected for deletion and the number of Draft or Active Plans that will be affected by those deletions. **Note:** Completed plans will be skipped.  Type **delete forever** to confirm you want to delete the Special Projects you selected.
