It is now easier than ever to edit Training Modules on multiple or all of your Employees’ Plans.
- Company administrators, Supervisors, and Employees can all access BalancedResults. However, only Administrators can edit Training Modules en masse.
- Editing a Training Module will override the current title and/or description.
- Training Modules can only be edited on Draft and Active Plans.

- In BalancedResults, click Plans, then click Training Modules.
- Using the search feature, type the name of the Training Module you want to edit. This will allow you to see all of the Employees with that Training Module.
You can also scroll through each Employee Plan to locate the Training Modules you wish to edit. -
Once you’ve located the Training Module you want to edit, you can update it on specific Employee Plans by selecting the checkbox next to each one, or edit it en masse across all shown plans by clicking the Select All checkbox at the top of the table.
- Next, click the Admin Actions button at the top of your screen. From the drop-down menu that appears, select Edit Training Modules.
- A modal titled “Mass Edit Training Modules” will appear. Title and Description fields are provided where you can type or paste new Core Competency content.
To copy content from another Training Module:- Minimize the modal using the trigger in the top right corner.
- Find the title/description you wish to use, then copy that text.
- Reopen the modal from the bottom center of your browser window.
- Paste the content you copied into the appropriate field.
- Minimize the modal using the trigger in the top right corner.
- Once you have completed those steps, click Submit to apply those edits to the Training Modules you selected.
