# How to Generate a CEO Report Within the System

## It's now easy to generate a report in your system that gives you an accurate and reliable assessment of your CEO's salary, incentive, and benefits relative to the market.

1. Click **Reports** in the main nav.
2. Click on **Miscellaneous** in the sub nav.

4. From the dropdown, select the **Branch** whose geographical wage differential you'd like to reference when evaluating your CEO's midpoint" ![](https://knowledge.balancedcomp.com/hubfs/image-png-Dec-19-2022-09-31-01-6717-PM.png)
5. Click the green **Email Report** button.
6. The CEO Report will be **emailed** to the address you used to log into the system.
