      How to Override Plans from Draft to Active en masse

      As a BalancedResults company admin, overriding plans from draft to active en masse is easy.

      • Company administrators, Supervisors, and Employees can all access BalancedResults.
      • Only Company administrators can access the "Plans" page or its "Admin Actions" and complete the steps outlined in this article.
      • Employees cannot view plans while they are in the state of "Draft."
        • Making these plans active will immediately grant the employee access to their plan. 
      • You cannot currently move plans back to the "Draft" state en masse. 
      • We cover special considerations you should be familiar with after the steps listed below.
      1. On the Plans page, filter for the plans you want to override. You may need to change the default filter from Active to Draft.
      2. Click the select all checkbox to select all of the employees visible on this page.

      3. Next, click on Admin Actions and choose Mass Override from Draft to Active.

      4. A modal will appear with four statements that are required to be selected before you are able to move to the next screen:
        1. Making a plan active will immediately give the employee access
        2. If someone doesn’t have a draft plan, they will be skipped
        3. If someone has 2 draft plans, since we don’t know which one to activate, they will be skipped
        4. If someone already has an active plan, they will be skipped

      5. On the next screen, type ‘override’ to confirm, then select Submit.

      6. Once you click Create, we will begin activating plans. 

      Special Considerations

      Mass actions take time.

      Large/en masse actions can take some time to load in your system. Depending on how many employees you selected, you may need to wait 30 seconds and refresh the page.
