[Performance Reviews](https://knowledge.balancedcomp.com/balancedresults?hsLang=en#performance-reviews) # How to reset an Active Plan back to a Draft ## There are many reasons you may need to move a plan back to the "Draft" state. - Company administrators, supervisors, and employees all have access to BalancedResults. - Only company administrators can access "Admin Actions" on the Initial Approvals/Plan Activation Page and move the plan back to "Draft." - Employees can only view Active and Complete plans, so moving it to a Draft state will remove the employee's access to the plan. 1. Click on **Initial Approvals**. A modal will appear asking if you are sure you want to do this. Select **"Yes, Please!"** to override back to draft. ![Step 6.
