There are many reasons you may need to move a plan back to the "Draft" state.
- Company administrators, supervisors, and employees all have access to BalancedResults.
- Only company administrators can access "Admin Actions" on the Initial Approvals/Plan Activation Page and move the plan back to "Draft."
- Employees can only view Active and Complete plans, so moving it to a Draft state will remove the employee's access to the plan.
- Click on the name of the employee whose Plan you need to reset to a Draft state.
- Click on the Active Plan for the employee on the screen that appears.
- Click on Initial Approvals. If your company doesn't require Initial Approvals, this tab will be entitled Plan Activation.
- Click on Admin Actions.
- Click on Override Back To Draft.
- A modal will appear asking if you are sure you want to do this. Select "Yes, Please!" to override back to draft.
