Previously, only a BalancedComp employee could update your company’s logo. We’ve improved this process and are handing the control back to you. It is now easier than ever to update these details inside your BalancedComp system!

- Only company administrators can access BalancedComp.
- Only one company logo can be used at a time.
- Uploading a new company logo file will replace the current logo.
- Accepted file types include png, jpg, jpeg, and svg.
- This change will be reflected in the following places:
- Your BalancedComp login screen and dashboard
- Report PDFs
- Employee-facing documents

- Click Settings in the main nav.
- Click the System Configurations card.
- Click Edit.
- Scroll down to the Company Logo section. Click the Browse Files button and select your desired company logo file for upload. Then, click Save.
- Voila! Your Company Logo has been updated and can be seen on the System Configurations page.
