# I get a 404 every time I try to log in

When we released BalancedResults 2.0 (October 2017), we changed most of the urls our system uses. 

#### **If you have a url bookmarked:**

Remove everything after **.net** in your bookmark and replace it with **/results**. For example:

- change: https://demosystemfcu.balancedcomp.net**/positions/12345**
- to: https://demosystemfcu.balancedcomp.net**/results**

#### **If you don't have a url bookmarked, make sure the url you type in matches the  format listed above**
