Minority Status Importer Options

Import employee minority status information to access powerful diversity insights across your organization.

We strongly recommend importing the minority status of your employees so you can take advantage of the reports we provide. Here are your options:

  • Minority: m, minority
  • Non-Minority: n, non-minority, non minority
  • Caucasian: white, caucasian
  • African American: african american, african_american
  • American Indian: american indian, american_indian
  • Asian: asian
  • Hispanic: hispanic
  • Pacific Islander: pacific islander, pacific_islander
  • Two or More: two or more, multi-racial, multi_racial, two or more (or multi-racial), mixed
