What is an Annual Cycle?

Annual Cycles are containers that allow us to track and save changes over time to your Settings, Goal Libraries, Position Plans, Employee Plans, and Reports.

When you create a new annual cycle, we pre-populate it with the following:

  • A new set of settings filled with our default content
  • A new set of empty goal libraries
  • A new empty position incentive plan for all active positions
  • A new empty employee incentive plan for all active employees
  • A new set of empty reports
After you have more than one Annual Cycle, you can reference each of these things and how they changed between the two Annual Cycles.
