Users in BalancedResults include administrators, supervisors, and employees. Here's a breakdown of who can do what on a plan:

Exception: administrators and their own plans

Administrators have full access to view and edit most of their own plan. But there are a few things they cannot do:

  • View or print notes
  • Access the Score Breakdown section before the plan is completed
  • View or print ratings before a plan is completed
