# Submitting A Position Grading Request

## When you need to have a Position graded (or re-graded), we can help!

Our clients have two options to submit a Position Grading Request:

**Option 1:** Submit your request directly through our online portal at [https://balancedcomp.com/regrade-request/](https://balancedcomp.com/regrade-request/). 

 

**Option 2**: In your BalancedComp system, utilize the **in-app chatbot** feature in the bottom right-hand corner:

From the options, select “**Position Grading Request**”:

**For either option**, all mandatory information will be marked with a **red asterisk ( \* )**, and you will need to upload a **Job Description** for the position for which you are requesting a grade or regrade.  You may provide your own position description, or you can utilize our **Position Template Library** in your system to locate a comparable match.
