Supported Web Browsers

Connect to BalancedComp and BalancedResults from the web on your desktop or laptop anytime! Our applications run optimally on high-definition screens (1080p, or 1920x1080 resolution).  For the best experience, you'll want to make sure you're using one of the following supported browsers:

• Chrome
• Firefox
• Microsoft Edge
• Safari
• Brave

Ensuring Application Email Delivery

BalancedComp uses the third-party transactional email provider, Mandrill. Our applications send a wide variety of emails to our users, including new user login, password reset tokens, Performance Review feedback reminders, and requests for approval. 

To ensure your employees receive emails from our applications, please make sure emails from no-reply@balancedcomp.net and 198.2.179.139 are allowed to be delivered by your mail server.

Managing Connection Issues

BalancedComp must have a persistent connection between our server and your browser. Firewalls can sometimes interrupt this connection. You can check your connection at https://network.balancedcomp.com/.  

If someone using BalancedComp can’t connect from a specific location you’ll need to adjust your firewall to keep the connection to BalancedComp open.
