# Viewing all approval queues & sending reminders

As a company administrator, you can see all the approval queues, for all draft and active plans

You can access this Approvals Report if you are in  **Admin Mode.**

#### Step 1

Click on  **Approvals** in the main nav.

#### Step 2

#### Step 3

In the drawer, you can filter to view:

- **All** approval queues.
- **Unsubmitted** - queues that have not be sent off for approval yet.
- **Pending** - queues that have been submitted for approval, but haven't made it all the way through the queue yet.
- **Approved** - queues that have been fully approved.

**Pending** approval queues have **special actions** that can be performed en masse. These include:

- emailing reminders to approvers the queue is stuck on.
- stopping and resetting the queue.
- for initial approvals, overriding the plan to Active.
- for final approvals, overriding the plan to Ready for Final Review.

These can be accessed by clicking  **Pending** in the drawer:

1. Click on the blue primary action, titled **Actions.**
2. From the drop-down, **select the action** you'd like to take. This will open up a modal, with all the overdue events.
3. **Check off** the approval queue you'd like to take action on.
4. **Submit** the modal.
