The system automatically sends the following emails pertaining to a plan:
- to an approver - when a plan has been sent to them for approval
- to an approver - when 1 approver approves a plan, the system emails the next approver in the queue
- to a plan supervisor - when a plan is approved
- to a plan supervisor - when a plan is returned for modifications
- to a plan supervisor - when a feedback session is approaching or overdue, we email them:
- 1 month before
- 2 weeks before
- 1 week before
- 1 day before
- 1 day overdue
- 1 week overdue
- to a plan supervisor - when a final review date is approaching:
- 1 month before
- 2 weeks before
- 1 week before
- 1 day before
- to a plan supervisor or employee - if 1 has initialed that a feedback session has occurred, the system emails the other, letting them know they should do the same
