What email reminders does the system automatically send?

The system automatically sends the following emails pertaining to a plan:

  • to an approver - when a plan has been sent to them for approval
  • to an approver - when 1 approver approves a plan, the system emails the next approver in the queue
  • to a plan supervisor - when a plan is approved
  • to a plan supervisor - when a plan is returned for modifications
  • to a plan supervisor - when a feedback session is approaching or overdue, we email them:
    • 1 month before
    • 2 weeks before 
    • 1 week before
    • 1 day before
    • 1 day overdue
    • 1 week overdue
  • to a plan supervisor - when a final review date is approaching:
    • 1 month before
    • 2 weeks before
    • 1 week before
    • 1 day before
  • to a plan supervisor or employee - if 1 has initialed that a feedback session has occurred, the system emails the other, letting them know they should do the same
