What is an achievement level?
Achievement levels are essentially the ratings you want to make available for each goal.
- They can be customized for each Annual Cycle you create.
- Each level is associated with a contribution percentage.
- This contribution percentage indicates how much of the potential payout the employee should earn if that particular level is achieved.
- Contribution percentages can be both negative and positive and have no minimum or maximum.
- We recommend only having one contribution percentage over 100%, and that level should be marked as a stretch goal.
- By default, we will start you off with 8 achievement levels.
- Contribution Percentages will range from negative 100% to 150%.
- The 150% achievement level will be marked as a stretch goal.
