      Who can edit library objectives

      As of right now, only company administrators can edit corporate and department objective libraries. 

      In the future, we may extend editing department objective content to supervisors. This enhancement will not take place until we are able to ensure that admins can customize these permissions to meet their unique philosophies and needs.
