Why can't I submit a position grading request?

Many times, you will need to submit positions to have the compensable factors reevaluated. This can be done at https://balancedcomp.com/regrade-request.

Unfortunately, a few of our clients have found the form doesn't appear:

 

This generally occurs for 1 of 3 reasons:

  1. An adblocker may be preventing the form from showing.
  2. Your browser/IT settings block websites that employ a tracker (like Hubspot, the vendor we use for support tickets).
  3. Your IT department is outright blocking hubspot.com

Please turn it off for balancedcomp.com (for submitting position grade requests) and balancedcomp.net (for submitting regular app support tickets

Ask your IT department to check whether your preferred browser is blocking hubspot.com because it uses a tracker. If so, they should be able to help you add hubspot.com to a list of exceptions.

Outright blocking hubspot.com

Ask your IT department to check if they need to safelist hubspot.com.
