Towards the end of the review process, it will be time for you to write your employee assessment.
This can be done from inside your plan, by clicking on Conclusions in the sub nav.

This option will only be available once the supervisor has clicked "I'm ready to start rating!" in the plan's sub nav.
If you do not see Conclusions in your plan's subnav, please notify your supervisor that you cannot enter your employee assessment until they do so.
Writing Conclusions
Step 1
Click "Write your assessment" in the Employee Assessment Section of the page
Step 2
This will open up a modal, in which your conclusion can be written.
You might include the strengths you see you bring to the workplace, what you need from management to be even more effective in your current role, the areas or goals where you would like to see growth, and other positions in the company you would like to be considered for in the future.
Step 3
Click "Submit" to save your assessment
Editing Conclusions
Step 1
Click "Edit your assessment" next to the Employee Assessment section title.
Step 2
Make your edits and click "Submit" to save your changes.
