Writing your supervisor overview

Towards the end of the review process, it will be time for the supervisor and employee to write their conclusions.

Supervisor Overviews are written on the Conclusions tab

This option will only be visible once the supervisor has clicked "I'm ready to start rating!" in the plan's subnav.

Writing Conclusions

  1. Supervisors will click Write your overview in the Supervisor Overview Section of the page, while employees will click Write your assessment in the Employee Assessment Section of the page
  2. This will open up a text box, in which the conclusions can be written.
  3. Supervisors have the option to start with one of our text suggestion templates.
    1. Click the Text Suggestions dropdown at the bottom left of the text box
    2. Select whether you'd like to start with a positive or negative template
    3. Click Copy to the right of the text you'd like to start with
    4. Click Submit when finished

Editing Conclusions

  • Supervisors will click edit your overview next to the Supervisor Overview section title
  • Employees will click edit your assessment next to the Employee Assessment section title
